I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Carlsbad, California. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with tools from Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to teach coping skills that will target specific symptoms and address any triggers and unresolved emotional pain that may be impacting you. I have 10+ years of experience and training using this approach to treat anxiety, PTSD, depression and grief and the underlying issues that contribute to these such as trauma, loss, anger or unresolved relationship conflict.
