Introduction

Sometimes life changes in ways we didn’t plan for, leaving us feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or emotionally stuck. You don’t have to navigate those moments alone. I work with individuals seeking support as they manage the stressors of daily life—including anxiety, life transitions, grief, and difficult emotions. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I have a special interest in supporting people navigating infertility, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and caregiving. These experiences can bring complex and deeply personal emotions, and having a compassionate space to process them can make a meaningful difference. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, integrating behavioral strategies with mindfulness-based techniques. I aim to create a warm, supportive environment where healing, self-understanding, and growth can unfold at your own pace. If you feel we might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.
