Introduction

ADHD, Anxiety & Trauma Therapy for Adults in Massachusetts | Virtual Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that keep repeating? Many adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, or childhood trauma appear successful and capable on the outside while privately struggling with overthinking, burnout, disorganization, emotional reactivity, people pleasing, or difficulty following through. I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout Massachusetts who are looking for support with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship patterns, and the long-term impact of difficult childhood or family dynamics. My clients are often high-functioning adults who have spent years trying to manage everything on their own but are ready for a more supportive and effective way forward. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a background in clinical mental health and special education. I understand that ADHD and anxiety can affect much more than focus or productivity. They can shape self-esteem, relationships, emotional regulation, decision-making, work stress, and the way you respond when life feels overwhelming. In therapy, we work to understand the patterns underneath what you are experiencing. This may include exploring how ADHD, anxiety, trauma, attachment patterns, family dynamics, or chronic stress are affecting your daily life. Together, we build practical tools for focus, organization, emotional regulation, boundaries, and self-trust while also addressing the deeper experiences that may be keeping you stuck. I specialize in helping adults with: Adult ADHD, executive functioning, organization, and procrastination Anxiety, chronic stress, overthinking, and burnout Depression, low motivation, and feeling disconnected from yourself Childhood trauma and difficult family relationships Rejection sensitivity, emotional dysregulation, and impulsive reactions Self-esteem, people-pleasing, boundaries, and relationship concerns Life transitions, identity changes, and feeling unsure of your next step My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I integrate evidence-based therapy approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Therapy is tailored to your needs, goals, and the way your mind works. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you are feeling burned out, struggling to manage ADHD symptoms, carrying the effects of childhood experiences, or simply tired of repeating the same patterns, therapy can be a place to gain clarity and make meaningful changes. Virtual appointments are available for adults across Massachusetts. Contact me to schedule a brief consultation call and see if we may be a good fit.
