Introduction

ADHD, Anxiety & Trauma Therapy for Adults in Massachusetts (Virtual) High-functioning adults often carry more than others can see, managing careers, relationships, and daily responsibilities while feeling overwhelmed, mentally scattered, or emotionally on edge. Patterns like overthinking, burnout, difficulty following through, or intense emotional reactions can feel constant and hard to shift, even when there’s insight into what’s happening. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a background in clinical mental health and special education. I’ve spent years working with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, and the impact of early life experiences. That background allows me to bring patience, attunement, and a deep understanding of how different minds process, cope, and adapt. In my work with adults across Massachusetts, I focus on those who often appear “put together” on the outside but feel stuck internally, especially when it comes to focus, emotional regulation, relationships, and follow-through. Many of my clients understand their patterns logically, yet still feel pulled back into them. My approach goes beyond surface-level coping strategies. Together, we look at how your mind and nervous system operate, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how to shift them in a way that actually lasts. I help clients build practical tools for organization, focus, and emotional regulation, while also exploring the deeper roots of these patterns to create meaningful change. My style is warm, intuitive, and collaborative, while also direct and practical. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care, always tailoring the work to fit your needs rather than forcing you into a one-size-fits-all model. Clients often come to me to: • Strengthen executive functioning, organization, and follow-through (ADHD) • Reduce anxiety, overthinking, and chronic stress • Improve emotional regulation without shutting down or spiraling • Work through the impact of childhood and family dynamics • Build confidence, boundaries, and a stronger sense of self--rust The focus isn’t just insight, it’s creating real, noticeable shifts so daily life feels more manageable, grounded, and clear. Virtual therapy available across Massachusetts. Reach out to schedule a brief consultation call to see if we’re a good fit.
