tLMHC with specialized training in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming care. I am EMDR-IA trained, an ADHD Clinical Services Provider, and have advanced trauma training grounded in Polyvagal Theory, allowing me to support clients in understanding and regulating their nervous systems with greater compassion and effectiveness. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and have extensive experience treating trauma, neurodivergence, ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline personality traits, and other complex emotional and relational concerns. I also provide focused support for women’s mental health, including challenges related to perimenopause, menopause, identity shifts, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual’s unique nervous system, history, and goals. I strive to create a safe, validating space where clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
