I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore what may be keeping you stuck, whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, creative blocks, trauma, or a major life transition. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, I work collaboratively with adults and couples, drawing from psychodynamic principles, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches through a trauma-informed lens. I have particular interests in working with artists and creatives and supporting people through pregnancy, postpartum, and the identity shifts that can come with becoming a parent. I also often work with people who tend to overthink, put pressure on themselves, or feel caught in patterns they want to better understand and change. My approach is holistic and attentive to both mind and body, with an emphasis on understanding what is beneath current struggles while developing greater self-awareness, self-trust, and flexibility.
