Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you know something isn't quite working but aren't sure where to start. You don't need to have the right words or even a clear reason for being here. We can figure that out together. My goal is to be an honest source of support so you can feel confident being curious and fully yourself as we make sense of what's going on and what you'd like to be different. I take a relational and person-centered approach, drawing from ACT and DBT. You know yourself best, so I don't see myself as the expert on your life. Instead, I bring clinical knowledge and curiosity while we work together to understand patterns, build useful skills, and find what fits for you. I recognize our experiences are shaped by identity, relationships, culture, and larger systems, so I'm highly committed to anti-oppressive and anti-racist practice. Whether you have a specific concern you'd like to chat about or simply feel stuck, we'll start where you are and work from there. If my approach feels like a good fit for you, please reach out!
