Introduction

Welcome!!!! I am Alexandra Mary Armstrong. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I provide counseling to children, youth, teens, adults, couples and families. Sessions can take place virtually for Texas residents and face to face at my farm. While I have had the privilege of private practice 10 years +. Quail Prairie is a non-profit agency focused on living in God's will by discovery of your rule of life. Some follow Saint Ignatius of Loyola, and his Spiritual Exercises. Other follow, The Little Way, of Saint Therese of Lisieux. Simply, while QP provides counseling services, we also breed Golden Retrievers and provide basic training before they are homed to an approved safe family home. You see, as Psalms 33:6 informs us " The heavens were made by the word of the Lord, and all their host by the breath of His mouth." Ancient Desert Mothers and Fathers understood that words are powerful. Words can heal hearts, or break spirits. God's word and life giving Spirit created the universe and hold them in being. Why Quail Prairie Services, Inc? It started with a prayer. Quail are a special species of birds. They roam far and wide and they exist in periods of feast and famine. If you're in this part of Texas, you have likely gazed upon the vast beauty of the prairies that extend and connect over 170 million acres of our great nation. The water, land and birds beckon us to the quiet and to self reflection and holy connections. I promise not to use reference to the Bible if you don't seek that. Treatment strategies are based on your preferences and your goals. About Quail Prairie, twice in the Old Testament mankind was relieved of his (her) angst by His Providence. The first time, mankind's gratitude was real. The next time mankind had developed a sense of entitlement and while His Providence was ever present, this time, they sought it prematurely. And they questioned the Giver and the Gift. To know more about the change of heart that happened and the change of heart that was to come, we'll need to meet and see what is in store for your journey. Until then, please know, we can work together to address your needs through: Counseling, spiritual journeys and/or discovering how your psychology can help you make your map. In addition, if you are having concerns with the pet family members, we can discuss your needs and desires. In counseling, you can unburden yourself of stories, events, fears and gain from such a cathartic release. And/or you can gain direct advice if you desire advise only. But most importantly, you will have a sacred space to return to to aid you in discovery of your personal psychology and add a simple formation to staying your course for yourself toward aligning whole health wellness. Thank you for visiting my page. Please know I will make every effort to return your contact. Quail Prairie bids you blessings of soft breezes to soothe you and hopes you visit Romans 10:12 which confirms "for there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of All, enriching all who call upon Him. " When St. Paul wrote that letter to the Citizens of Rome, his heart was directed toward, not changing his Judaism, but rather, for Christianity to remedy the parts of the practices in human behavior that perpetuate Cain and Able and other stories that demonstrate a spirit of death over a spirit of life. As for me and my house, we seek to confirm the Holy Spirit of Life and we call Him, Our Lord. God's Grace & Peace, Alexandra Mary Armstrong
