Introduction
I became a therapist because I believe in the power of meaningful connection—both with ourselves and in our relationships. With over a decade of clinical experience, I help individuals and couples move through emotional stuckness, build insight, and create lasting change. My work is especially focused on couples who are feeling disconnected, overwhelmed by conflict, or unsure how to move forward. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help partners feel safer with one another, improve communication, and rebuild trust. Whether you're navigating a specific crisis or feeling the slow drift of disconnection, couples therapy can be a space for real repair. I also support individuals who are struggling with anxiety, identity, or relational patterns that feel hard to break. I'm trained in EMDR as well, to help process trauma and emotional overwhelm. Online therapy offers flexibility and convenience, and it allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space. Many clients find it just as effective as in-person sessions—and in some cases, even more emotionally accessible. No matter where you're starting from, I offer a compassionate, collaborative space where you can feel supported and challenged in equal measure.
