As a queer person with neurodivergence and invisible disabilities, I know what it is like to receive the message that we do not belong. You may be fed up with how this world is not created for us, the lack of support and resources, and the pressure to change who you are to be seen. My greatest hope is that therapy can be a place where your most authentic self is welcomed, encouraged, and where the gifts of who and how you are can be witnessed and cherished as they always should have been. It is from this place, of being allowed to be who you are, that you can start to heal and believe that there was never anything wrong with you. Clients come to me looking for a relational therapist who can meet them where they are at and is willing to walk along side them. Sessions with me are a place to bring everything you are holding, so that I can hold it with you. I value going at the pace that feels most comfortable for you, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be. As we move towards healing, we all need individuals who can allow us to be our full selves, without judgement, and I want to be that therapist for you. Together, we can find a place inside of you that knows exactly what you need even when the world hurts you. Call today for a free 15-minute consult call. I look forward to hearing from you!
