Introduction

Seeking support takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building practical tools to help you move towards the life you want. You deserve a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative and individualized because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, the Gottman Method, and strengths-based techniques, tailoring treatment to your unique goals, values, and experiences. Whether you’re facing a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you develop resilience, confidence, and lasting change. Therapy is a partnership, and I am committed to meeting you with authenticity, curiosity, and respect every step of the way.
