Introduction

Does life feel as though it is passing you by? Feeling like you’re missing out or that your day-to-day life has little meaning? I specialize in working with clients who struggle with chronic anxiety, depression, past traumas, and neurodivergence that impact daily living. If you strive for a more balanced, fulfilling life but feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and reconnect with your values. Together, we’ll work to build practical tools, deepen self-understanding, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and sustainable for you. As a licensed clinical social worker, I focus on sustainable behavior change to enable you to improve life satisfaction and self-worth. I specialize in work with individuals and couples struggling with past trauma, neurodivergence, and general dissatisfaction in in work, personal life, and love. My practice is sex/kink positive, and LGBTQ allied. I specialize in ACT, CBT, TF-CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma focused approaches. Through the use of evidenced based treatment, I hope to assist you in gaining control over your mental and behavioral health.
