Introduction

Life can feel like a constant, high-stakes puzzle when you’re managing anxiety, ADHD, and/or autism—like you’re always trying to stay one step ahead of the chaos, but still not quite feeling “enough.” If that resonates, it makes sense that you’re feeling burnt out. You don’t have to keep holding it all together on your own. I’m committed to creating a space that feels warm, supportive, and free of judgment where you can explore what’s coming up for you, face challenges with support, and find meaningful ways to grow. My approach starts with building a trusting, collaborative relationship, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. I truly value your insight and see you as a whole person, shaped by your lived experiences and the systems you move through every day. While I treat a wide range of concerns, I specialize in affirming care for neurodivergent individuals. My work centers on supporting self-expression, emotional regulation, and building confidence in everyday life. I'll help you to identify strengths and patterns you may not have noticed yet and develop practical strategies to fit your unique needs. I work with children, teens, and young adults, and take an inclusive, integrative approach to therapy. That might include cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths-based work, and expressive arts, depending on what fits best for you. Together, we can better understand how your brain works, build systems that actually stick, and quiet that inner critic—moving from a place of overwhelm toward something more steady, intentional, and aligned with who you are. Let's chat about how I can help!
