Introduction

I am Alexandria, and I work with adults, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional ups and downs. Together, we’ll focus on building insight, strengthening communication, and finding clarity in what matters most to you. My approach is collaborative and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Empowerment theory, mindfulness-based techniques, and Gottman’s Couples Therapy. I am also a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP). I believe therapy is a space for growth, healing, and rediscovery, where you can feel supported and truly heard.
