Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience working with adults, children, and families across a variety of settings. I’ve supported individuals navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, relationship challenges, stress, and anger. My approach is holistic, client-centered, and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices to support your growth and healing. I graduated with my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas. I have a passion for mental health advocacy and all things wellness. It is my belief that mental health is as important as physical health. I make sure that our sessions are: Trauma Informed Strength-Based Integrative & Holistic Compassionate & Inclusive My mission is to provide an individualized experience to counseling in a way that supports your growth and your personal journey. I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be — at your pace, in your way.
