Hi, I’m Alexandria! If your mind doesn’t shut off, your anxiety feels like it’s running the show, or you’ve started to question who you even are underneath it all… then yeah, you’re in the right place. I help teens and young adults understand their nervous system, their patterns, and their identity. A lot of what you’re experiencing isn’t random, it’s learned. Your brain and body adapted to keep you safe. But once you understand the why, you can actually start to change it. My style is laid-back, honest, and collaborative. But I will challenge you... Not in a “let me argue with you” way, and definitely not in a gaslighting way, but in a “you’re capable of more awareness than this” kind of way. Think: a mix of old-school therapy (introspection, patterns, real conversations) and a free-spirited, slightly blunt millennial who has both been through it and seen a lot of it. Sometimes that means you’ll feel deeply understood. Sometimes it means you’ll feel a little called out. Usually, it’s both. Good therapy is a process. First, I get to know you (your patterns, your values, your experiences). I build trust by making sure you feel heard, understood, and supported. We’ll figure out what your patterns are doing for you and where they’re holding you back. I’ll support you, and I’ll challenge you. Because real change, usually requires both.
