Introduction

Nice to Meet You! I believe that all human behavior makes sense once you have the right map. Whether you’re an individual feeling like a stranger to your own thoughts, a couple tired of having the same argument for the 400th time, or someone trying to untangle a complicated past, I’m here to help you move through the discomfort rather than just trying to outrun it. How We’ll Work Together In my practice, we tackle the "Wait... how did we get here?" moments of life with a mix of evidence-based strategy and genuine human connection. + For Individuals: If you feel misunderstood (sometimes even by yourself), we’ll create a private, judgment-free space to explore your motivations and heal. + For Couples: I primarily use the Gottman Method (Level II Certified) to help you move from "bad to good" or "good to great." We’ll replace your expired communication strategies with proven skills to help you reconnect. + For Cult Recovery & High-Control Groups: Whether you were born into one or are just now realizing that you were lied to when you joined a coercive situation, I provide specialized support to help you individuate and reclaim your story. You aren't "broken"—you're a human who has been through a unique experience, and I’m ready to listen. A Little About Me I spent a decade as a professional school counselor before jumping into private practice. I’m a proud LGBTQ+ ally. When the therapist chair is empty, you can usually find me in the kitchen baking for fun or necessity, or outside chasing my two kids, one husband, and one very good dog. If you think we might be a good fit for your healing journey, please reach out. I’d love to hear your story.
