Hello! I specialize in working with high-functioning BIPOC women, including professionals, college students, and post-graduate individuals who are navigating the pressures of achievement while still feeling overwhelmed internally. You may be showing up, performing, achieving, and holding everything together, while underneath experiencing anxiety, burnout, self-doubt, or that quiet feeling of “why do I feel off when everything looks fine?” For college students, I support you in navigating identity development, academic pressure, relationships, and the transition into adulthood. For post-graduate individuals, I work with those experiencing the often-unspoken in-between season after graduation when life is “supposed” to feel figured out, but instead feels isolating, uncertain, and full of questions like, “What now?” or “Why doesn’t this feel like enough?” I help high-functioning women understand and gently break generational patterns, build confidence, and create healthier emotional and relational lives. In this season and every season, it’s about YOU. That doesn’t mean neglecting others or losing care for the people around you; it means learning to prioritize yourself, so you are no longer running on empty. In our work together, we focus on what you actually need, not just what you’ve been taught to tolerate. Together, we’ll focus on your needs, boundaries, and well-being so you can feel more grounded, supported, and aligned with who you truly are. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or tired of carrying everything on your own, you don’t have to do it alone.
