I’m really glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space that feels supportive, comfortable, and real. I see therapy as a collaborative process—you are the expert on your life, and I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you in ways that help you better understand yourself and move toward the changes you want. Our sessions can look different depending on your needs. Some days we may focus on processing and reflection, while other times we’ll work on tools, patterns, and goals. There’s no “right” way to show up—you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. I also believe that growth can sometimes feel uncomfortable, but you won’t have to navigate that alone. My goal is to help you feel heard while building insight, confidence, and a stronger connection to yourself.
