Introduction

I believe your intense emotions, relationship patterns, and trauma responses aren't flaws—they're survival strategies that once protected you but may no longer serve you. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, borderline personality traits, and emotional dysregulation. Whether you're processing past wounds, managing anxiety or depression, or rebuilding after abuse, you'll never have to shrink yourself in my space. I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and CBT to help you process trauma at its root and develop skills for emotional stability. I work with individuals across the lifespan and offer telehealth sessions. I'm currently accepting new clients and work with most major insurance carriers including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, and Optum. If you're ready to reclaim your life, I'm here to support you.
