I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and young adults who are facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, developmental or learning disabilities, and more. I bring a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to my work, creating a space where clients feel safe, respected, and empowered. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play and art therapy to meet clients where they are developmentally, emotionally, and creatively. These approaches allow to tailor sessions to each individual’s needs, whether that means helping a child express themselves through play, supporting a teen in developing emotion regulation skills, or guiding a young adult through processing past trauma. I also have experience working with clients with disabilities and understand the importance of inclusive, strengths-based care that affirms each individual’s identity and capacity for growth. My work is truly grounded in empathy, validation, gentle care, and the belief that therapeutic progress happens when clients feel deeply understood and supported…with a touch of humor to make the process feel more human. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop effective coping tools, and create more meaningful connections with themselves and others.
