Maybe you’re tired of being self-aware without actually feeling better. You know you overthink, shut down, people-please, get overwhelmed, or fall into the same relationship patterns. You may even understand where some of it comes from. But knowing why and knowing how to change it are two very different things. That’s where our work begins. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship patterns, boundaries, self-esteem, and life transitions. I also bring six years of experience working in the mental health field, including Comprehensive Community Services (CCS). That experience taught me that insight matters, but therapy also has to translate into your actual life. Understanding why a pattern exists is one thing; figuring out how to respond differently when you’re right back in the middle of it is another. That perspective shapes how I work. My style is warm, conversational, direct, and engaged. I won’t spend the hour silently nodding from across the room. I’ll ask questions, help you connect the dots, point out patterns, offer perspective, and teach practical strategies you can actually use. My goal is simple: for you to leave therapy with something you didn’t walk in with—a new insight, a useful skill, a different perspective, or a little more trust in yourself.
