If you are feeling trapped by low motivation or worry, or struggle with disordered eating or body image, I am here to help find a way forward. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing virtual services in OR, VA, and WA. I am passionate about empowering clients to see and build within themselves the ability to overcome past experiences and to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
