You may be someone who looks like you have it all together on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what you actually want. Maybe you are used to being the capable one, taking care of everyone else, or pushing through hard things without giving yourself much space to slow down. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I am especially drawn to helping high-achieving, high-capacity clients better understand the patterns underneath people pleasing, self-doubt, perfectionism, and difficulty feeling fully like themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should help you understand yourself more deeply while also creating meaningful change in your day-to-day life. I integrate EMDR, attachment-focused therapy, parts work, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness depending on your needs. Together, we can work toward feeling more secure in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more confident in the choices you make.
