Hello! I'm Alexis McGaha. Currently, I attend Capella University in their Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) program. I'm an MFT Intern at Hope, Love, Dream INC. I believe there is a lot of generational trauma that impacts our ability to grow and utilize our strengths. Mental Health controls multiple aspects of our lives and can be life or death for some. Everyone deserves a place or person who (1) they trust, (2) feel safe with, and (3) feels respected by. I strive to be that person or place and help people become more independent and utilize their abilities.
