Alexis Mora, AMFT is an associate marriage and family therapist who provides an empathetic and non-judgmental safe space for clients to heal and reach their goals. She takes a person-centered approach, collaborating with the client to provide an individualized treatment plan to each adult or adolescent and their family. She holds a Master’s degree and has experience treating individuals with eating disorders in partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient settings. Her trauma-informed and evidence-based interventions support clients working towards body acceptance, food freedom, and building an emotional coping skills toolbox. Alexis is supervised by Dr. Jennifer Shapiro PSY 22739.
