Introduction

I’m Dr. Alexis Quinoy, a licensed psychologist and board-certified clinical child and adolescent psychologist (ABPP), and the founder of Camino Pediatric Psychology & Consulting — a telehealth practice serving children, teens, and families in Georgia and throughout PSYPACT-participating states, in English and Spanish. Before opening Camino, I spent more than a decade in pediatric hospital and rehabilitation settings, including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. That’s where I saw how much families still need after discharge — and how hard specialized support is to find. I work with kids navigating medical conditions, brain and spinal cord injuries, chronic illness, anxiety, and big transitions — including the move from pediatric to adult medical care and toward independent living — along with the parents walking that road with them. Care is evidence-based and tailored to each child’s developmental level, and every family begins with a free 15-minute consultation. I’m also a mom of three, so the strategies I offer parents are ones that survive real life. I’d be honored to hear your family’s story.
