Introduction

I work with teens and adults (15+) who are exhausted from trying to fit into a world that wasn't designed for the way their brain works. They've spent so much energy masking, adapting, and pushing through, and still the anxiety lingers, the focus slips, the weight of it all feels like too much. They're tired of being misunderstood, even by themselves. Together, we deepen self-awareness and work toward meaningful, lasting changes that align with their values and goals. My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and deep respect for each person's unique healing journey. My approach is trauma-informed and neuro-affirming. I view ADHD and autism as natural variations in human brains, not disorders to fix. My practice is grounded in ACT, and may also incorporate mindfulness, IFS, and polyvagal theory. As a fellow ADHDer myself, I offer support that actually fits the way your mind works. I know what it feels like to carry something heavy with nowhere to put it. I became a counselor because I know what it feels like to struggle quietly and wish someone truly got it. You don't have to keep pushing through alone. I'm really glad you found your way here.
