Introduction

Are you going through big changes or transitions in life, such as starting at a new school or job, understanding a recent or suspected ADHD or Autism diagnosis, or entering a new chapter in your life? My ideal client may be experiencing these changes, or are looking to understand themselves deeper and grow into their potential. They are looking to improve their day to day functioning and embrace their authentic self. My approach to therapy is neuroaffirming and typically blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients as well as anyone who is looking for support during life transitions. I see clients age 14-45. We all experience changes in life, however, that doesn’t mean changes are easy or that we should go through them alone. We all have strengths and are whole exactly how we are. I'd be honored to support you in discovering your strengths and getting to know your emotions so that you can feel empowered to live the life you’re wanting.
