Introduction

I know first hand what it feels like to be lost, unsettled, and desperate for a change. From a young age, I struggled with anxiety, depression, and a deep sense of loss. Therapy didn’t always feel helpful; truthfully, I was very apprehensive about it due to never finding the right fit. In my early 20’s, I became determined to break the cycle of emotional spiraling I had been stuck in and decided to give it another try. My self healing journey led me to develop healthy coping mechanisms, connect with my inner child, learn more about myself, and find a therapist I love. I feel grateful that I am now in a place where I can help others do the same. Today, I specialize in supporting clients through grief and loss, major transitions, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, depression, and identity struggles. I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate difficult times and life changes. I’m also a strong advocate for the disability and neurodivergent communities, and I spend a lot of time researching ways to better support individuals on the autism spectrum. My goal is to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, empowering, and grounding—where you don’t have to hold everything alone. Originally from Pennsylvania, I now live in Manhattan and am licensed to see clients in both New York and New Jersey. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University, and Bachelor of Arts degree in both history and philosophy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. I am currently pursuing my Master of Public Health degree at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
