As a psychotherapist, I help clients with healing from trauma, strengthening their relationships, and building secure, meaningful connections. I am dedicated to supporting clients in navigating conflicts, asserting their values and boundaries, and most importantly, caring for themselves. I work towards lasting positive change with a focus that healing happens on multiple levels: emotionally, mentally, cognitively, and physically. My approach is grounded in attachment theory and integrates mindfulness, relational work, and a holistic view of well-being. The origins of my approach stems from an affirming and culturally responsive therapy that includes the importance of identity, culture, and community. I am passionate about providing a safe, supportive space for all clients. Our work together will be collaborative and at your pace.
