Introduction

Healing happens when you feel safe, seen, held, and understood. I am passionate about holding a grounded, calm container to help clients find this safety within their own body, mind, heart, life, and relationships. I will not ask you to be strong if you come to me to be weak. I will compassionately meet you where you are. There is no one perfect or right path for healing. I believe that every person is whole, complete, and enough, yet many of us doubt this, especially when life or systems become challenging, oppressive, or difficult. In partnership, we will explore your current situation, symptoms, and goals. We will collaboratively investigate and address what might be keeping you stuck in past patterns, traumas, systems, or narratives. Together, we will develop a gentle healing path of approachable and sustainable effort paired with compassion and curious accountability. If something’s not working, we’ll get curious and kindly explore it. I specialize in working with clients navigating life transitions in relation to self-identity, faith, divorce, loss, family dynamics, parenting, career, values alignment, life fulfillment, new diagnosis, and other interpersonal relationships. Often, many symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression arise from these life transitions. I am currently an intern in the University of Utah’s Master of Social Work program. I started pursuing social work after several career shifts that sparked a deeper interest in supporting others through life's ups and downs. When not holding therapeutic space, I can be found savoring a cup of coffee, refining my chopstick skills, or spending time in nature or with family. If you’d like to connect to see if we are a good match, please reach out for a free consultation.
