Introduction

I believe that people learn how to act, react, and interact from their families and environment. Sometimes those patterns get in the way of the life they want. In therapy, I guide the client towards healing through providing a balance of nurturance and challenging so my clients can reach their goals. My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to share their stories and learn to love themselves.
