I work with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, chronic pain, process addiction, and relationship challenges. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and I strive to provide a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their life experiences and creating meaningful change. My approach is holistic and client-centered, drawing from mindfulness, somatic (body-based) awareness, and neuroscience-informed therapy. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, and body experiences to build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with personal strengths, purpose, and well-being. I also offer EFT-informed couples therapy and enjoy supporting clients as they move toward greater fulfillment and the goals that matter most to them. I have completed specialized training in EMDR, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Gottman Method (Level One), and Emotionally Focused Therapy.
