Hi! I'm Alia Perr, LCSW, and I'm so glad you're here. As a therapist, my goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment, pressure, or the feeling that you have to have it all figured out. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life changes, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck, I'm here to help. Before becoming a full-time therapist, I worked as a school counselor, where I discovered my passion for helping children, teens, and families build confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills. Today, I work with children, teens, and adults, and I love helping clients better understand themselves while developing practical tools they can use in everyday life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating! I strive to make sessions feel like a conversation where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. I also incorporate evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help clients process difficult experiences and move toward healing. I believe that growth happens when we feel safe enough to be ourselves, and my hope is that every client leaves session feeling a little lighter, a little stronger, and a little more hopeful than when they arrived. Life can be challenging, but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
