My passion for mental health began while working with children with autism as a Teacher Assistant and ABA Behavioral Technician. These experiences sparked a deep interest in understanding human behavior and supporting individuals through life's challenges. Since then, I have expanded my work into community mental health, serving as a Mental Health Skill Builder, Group Facilitator, Mobile Crisis Counselor, and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP). I take a warm, person-centered, and trauma-informed approach, believing that meaningful change happens when individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help clients recognize their strengths, build effective coping skills, and navigate challenges with confidence. As I continue developing my clinical expertise, I am particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent populations and advocating for inclusive mental health care.
