As a Licensed Professional Counselor (in PA, DE, and NJ), I work afternoon and evening hours predominately with adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, grief, and other mental/behavioral health challenges such as low self-esteem, inattention, self-harm, emotional dysregulation, lack of mastery, low tolerance, and negative thinking patterns. I help clients identify their life worth living goals, learn coping skills, and move towards making changes, while also building a therapeutic relationship using empathy, collaboration, unconditional positive regard, and genuineness. Much of my experience as a therapist has been focused on helping individuals who have experienced traumatic, depressing, or stressful/life altering events, and I incorporate CBT and DBT to improve outcomes and aid in skill building. I help empower you to feel more confident in yourself and your life choices thus facilitating positive change and growth.
