I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas, and I work with adults navigating the full complexity of human experience. My approach is integrative and relationally centered; I draw on person-centered, feminist, cognitive-behavioral, attachment-based, trauma-informed, and parts-based frameworks, and I tailor the work to you rather than fitting you to a method. I have particular experience supporting people through identity development, life transitions, grief and loss, chronic illness, neurodivergence, and the long-term effects of trauma, including religious, cultural, and family-of-origin trauma. I work with clients across a broad range of backgrounds and identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals and those navigating faith deconstruction. At the core of how I practice is a simple belief: you are the author of your own story. Therapy isn't about managing or minimizing what's hard — it's about building the kind of self-understanding, resilience, and agency that lasts well beyond our sessions. I see clients in person in Richardson, Texas, and virtually throughout the state. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to talk.
