Introduction

I believe women heal when they are seen and heard and supported to create a life in which they are safe, respected, and valued. I offer psychotherapy to women seeking support for sexual trauma recovery, PTSD and Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, shame, self-worth concerns, identity development, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, affirming, and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), feminist therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and multicultural perspectives to help women reconnect with their strengths and move toward meaningful change. I am licensed as a doctoral-level psychologist in NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE, IA, VA, VT, WA, and WI. I am certified as a telehealth provider in FL. As an out and proud lesbian psychologist, I welcome the opportunity to work with lesbian-identifying women who areseeking an affirming therapeutic relationship with an out provider. Many women find comfort in working with someone who understands aspects of their lived experience and identity. My goal is to provide a space where women feel emotionally safe, respected, and supported as they explore their concerns and pursue healing. I provide virtual psychotherapy to women in: NJ • NY • PA • CT • DE • FL • IA • VA • VT • WA • WI
