Introduction

If you are here, something likely feels too important to keep avoiding. Maybe the same fight keeps happening. Maybe trust has been damaged. Maybe sex feels complicated, pressured, distant, or full of shame. Maybe you love each other, but no longer feel safe reaching for one another. At Sacred Springs Therapy, we help individuals and couples work beneath the surface of conflict, betrayal, sexual disconnection, resentment, and emotional distance. These patterns are rarely just communication problems. They often live in the relationship cycle, attachment wounds, and nervous system responses that shape how safe, close, and connected you feel. Our work blends evidence-based therapy, sex therapy, relational repair, and somatic practices to help you help you understand the cycles keeping you stuck, rebuild trust, and create change that lasts. For couples who need deeper support, our co-therapy model brings together Alicia’s clinical expertise and Brian’s somatic coaching lens to support both emotional insight and embodied safety. Our Team Alicia Cooper, PhD(c), LCSW, LICSW, is a clinical sexologist and licensed therapist specializing in sex therapy, relational healing, betrayal recovery, attachment wounds, and non-traditional relationship styles. Alicia brings warmth, clarity, and clinical depth to help clients move through shame, conflict, disconnection, and intimacy concerns with more confidence, honesty, and self-trust. Brian Ershadi is a somatic practitioner and relationship coach who supports individuals and couples with nervous system regulation, co-regulation, emotional resilience, and body-based awareness. His grounded approach helps clients notice protective patterns, release stored tension, and develop practical tools for feeling more present, connected, and steady in themselves and their relationships.
