I help high-achieving adults who feel overwhelmed beneath the surface break free from chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, and self-pressure so they can feel more grounded, emotionally connected, and able to move through life without constantly operating in survival mode. Many of the clients I work with are outwardly functioning well. They are successful, responsible, capable, and often the people others rely on. But internally, they may feel exhausted, emotionally disconnected, anxious, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or weighed down by experiences they have never fully had space to process. Some clients come to therapy after years of “pushing through” stress, trauma, or emotional pain without slowing down long enough to recognize the impact it has had on their nervous system, relationships, confidence, or sense of self. Others are navigating burnout, high internal pressure, depression, or the lingering effects of emotional, physical, or sexual trauma while trying to maintain the appearance that everything is fine. My work focuses on helping clients slow down safely, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and develop healthier ways of coping that create meaningful and sustainable change—not just temporary survival.
