Introduction

I provide therapy for individuals ages 15 and older, offering in-office sessions and virtual appointments. I have a special interest in trauma and I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that helps individuals process and heal from difficult life experiences. I also have extensive experience working with co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns (dual diagnosis). My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. I utilize evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, mindfulness, and other trauma-informed interventions to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and create lasting change. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move toward the life you want.
