Introduction

Find you. Be you. Love you. Once you accept who you are and where you’ve been, you can begin to truly love yourself. I work with clients who, despite their trials, want to keep moving forward and seek the best path to healing. My ideal client recognizes that asking for help is a sign of strength. Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or life changes. Is it difficult to get out of bed, or do you feel weighed down by the past? I have been there, and I understand how heavy it can feel. But I also know healing is possible. Together, we’ll work toward releasing what no longer serves you and building a life where you can thrive. I am a dual diagnosis counselor with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma counseling. With experience supporting professionals, students, and those in life transitions, I also serve as an NBCC Subject Matter Expert and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Life is full of change—and so are you. As your counselor, I adapt my approach to meet you where you are, using empathy and proven techniques to guide your growth. I believe my purpose is to help others, because as Maya Angelou said, “We are more alike than unalike.” You don’t have to face challenges alone—healing can start here.
