I work with clients who, despite their trials, want to keep moving forward and seek the best path to healing. My ideal client recognizes that asking for help is a sign of strength. I am a dual diagnosis counselor with an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma counseling. With experience supporting professionals, students, and those in life transitions, I also serve as an NBCC Subject Matter Expert and National Certified Counselor (NCC). Life is full of change—and so are you. As your counselor, I adapt my approach to meet you where you are, using empathy and proven techniques to guide your growth.
