Hi, I’m Alicia, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Oregon. If you’ve found yourself here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what’s next. I provide a warm, supportive space for adolescents, adults, and families navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, identity, and relationships. I bring empathy, creativity, and even humor into the therapy room, and I’ll gently challenge you when needed. I often use metaphors, real-life strategies, and experiential tools to support insight and growth. My style is collaborative and flexible, grounded in genuine connection. I specialize in eating disorders and have six years of experience in residential treatment for teens. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and family dynamics. My approach draws from CBT, DBT, Narrative and Experiential Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Structural Family Therapy. I hold a Master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy and an Eating Disorder Treatment Certificate from Lewis & Clark College. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, traveling, volunteering, and spending time with loved ones—and my three cats. If you're curious about working together, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. I’d be honored to support you on your path.
