Introduction

Welcome! I’m Alicia Livingston, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and founder of Living Balanced. Life doesn't always go according to plan. Relationships change, priorities shift, and new seasons bring new challenges. I believe these transitions don't have to leave you feeling stuck or disconnected. With the right support, they can create opportunities for growth, deeper connection, and meaningful change. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating change and wanting to create healthier, more fulfilling ways of living. I especially enjoy working with couples during major life transitions, and women who are used to doing it all and are ready to create more balance, space, and enjoyment in their lives. With adolescents and families, I help clients navigate transitions such as divorce, moving, starting a new school, preparing for college, and changes in family dynamics. Living Balanced is an affirming and inclusive practice. I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and experiences. I strive to create a space where ALL clients feel respected, valued, and safe to explore whatever brings them to therapy.
