I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional – II with over 13 years of experience specializing in trauma, attachment, dissociation, and family systems. My clinical approach integrates somatic therapy techniques and parts work, and is deeply influenced by the work of Gabor Maté, Dan Hughes, Janina Fisher, Bessel van der Kolk, and Richard Schwartz. I am also trained in Brainspotting. My career began in a residential adolescent substance abuse program, where I served as a family therapist and program manager, followed by five years providing crisis intervention for children and families. Currently, I am in private practice specializing in the treatment of trauma and dissociation. I also provide clinical supervision to clinicians across diverse settings, including outpatient mental health clinics, schools, and group practices. Supporting clinicians as they build confidence, deepen self-awareness, expand their clinical skill set, and foster growth in their clients is deeply rewarding. I am profoundly grateful for the supervision and mentorship that shaped my own professional journey, and I feel honored to now offer that same support and guidance to others.
