I believe therapy is a deeply human experience, and I feel privileged to sit alongside people as they navigate the parts of life that can feel confusing, painful, or difficult to make sense of. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. My approach is collaborative, genuine, and rooted in curiosity. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale—where you don’t have to have all the answers or show up as the version of yourself you think you’re “supposed” to be. Together, we can slow down, understand your experiences and patterns more deeply, and explore what you want your life and relationships to feel like. Outside of therapy, I’m a wife, mom, and proud dog mom. I love hiking, traveling, pickleball, good conversations, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. Basically, part-time therapist, full-time yapper. I value connection, laughter, curiosity, and not taking life too seriously.
