Hello, I’m Alicia. I am really glad you’re here. I believe it’s only fair that if I’m getting to know you and your story, you get to know a bit about me too. I care deeply about making even the smallest positive difference in someone’s life. I strive to be authentic, real, understanding, and I show up with compassion and vicarious emotion. I know how overwhelming life can feel when you’re navigating grief, loss, major life transitions, or relationship challenges—and you don’t have to go through that alone. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals experiencing grief and loss, caregivers who often put themselves last, those navigating difficult relationships or codependency, and individuals impacted by domestic violence. I listen carefully, without judgment, and work collaboratively with you to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help you process your emotions, cope with what’s happening, reconnect with your strengths, and find a sense of normalcy and purpose again. In general I am lighthearted, like to laugh,I often look for the positives in difficult situations and want to make others feel comfortable being who they are. Reach out to me if you think we would be a good fit to work together. I can’t wait to meet you!”
