There’s plenty of laughter in my office! I love to laugh and enjoy life, and I believe you can do serious work and still have fun doing it. Warmth, honesty, and humor make therapy something you actually look forward to. I work with kids, teens, adults, and families, and no two sessions look alike. One hour I might be on the floor playing with a seven-year-old, the next helping a parent understand their child’s big feelings or sitting with an adult mapping out their next chapter. I have a soft spot for neurodivergent and autistic clients and their families, and I offer culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming care. I got my start in crisis response, community mental health, and client advocacy, including Easterseals’ REACH program, so I bring a calm, steady presence. That background also means I know my way around resources, so if you need support beyond our sessions, I’ll help you find it. I hold an MSW from the University of Maryland and have six years of experience, plus practical tools from CBT and DBT, to help you turn insight into real change. I truly love what I do. When you come in, ask me about our lobby. I helped build it, and I’ll gladly tell you the story.
