Hello and welcome—I’m Alina, a licensed therapist with over 16 years of experience helping individuals navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. My approach is warm, direct, and intentional. I support clients while also challenging them to think differently, respond with purpose, and make changes aligned with their values and goals. I specialize in working with both big and small traumas and understand how past experiences can disrupt daily life and keep people feeling stuck. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches including EMDR and Brainspotting to help clients gain insight, experience relief, and create lasting change. When patterns that once worked no longer feel fulfilling, or life events leave you feeling disconnected, I work collaboratively with you to identify what’s holding you back and take meaningful steps forward. I don’t believe therapy is just about insight—it’s about change. Together, we’ll move out of unhelpful cycles and toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and authentic.
