I’m Alisha, and I’m happy you’ve found your way here. :) As a therapist who’s been to therapy, I want to keep it real with you- therapy is hard work. It’s made up of many moving parts: awkwardness with opening up to a stranger, vulnerability from expressing emotions in a new space (maybe even for the first time), anger that can surface from unresolved trauma, & emotional exhaustion that comes with processing. But it's SO worth it. That hard work can lead to a deeper understanding of yourself, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, more emotional clarity, or finding and claiming more peace. My role is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more connected to the life you want to live. I’m excited to meet you wherever you’re at, offering a safe space rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and deep respect for your life story. Additionally, I'm happy to provide WPATH letters in accordance with SOC8 standards.
