Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness perspectives and somatic work, I help you develop practical tools and strategies that create real, lasting change. Whether you're working through past trauma, managing anxiety and depression, or addressing substance use concerns, my goal is to support you in reclaiming agency and building resilience. I offer telehealth sessions for convenience and flexibility, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
